Meredith Chapin - Owner & Founder

Born and raised in northwestern Montana, my family moved to Colorado in 2000. I attended college at UNC where I fell in love with group fitness. The atmosphere and camaraderie kept me coming back and I ended up meeting some of my closest friends at those classes. After meeting my husband and moving out to Weldona, I sought out a local gym and began taking classes. Not long after, I made the leap to the other side of the mic and started leading my own weekly class. I received my initial group fitness training through AAAI in 2010. I later found and fell in love with Barre, certifying in 2017, followed by an Indoor Cycling certification in 2020, Power Pilates Mat 1 & 2 in 2022, and Pilates Chair is 2024!

I have been dreaming about opening a dedicated studio space to give our community more wellness options. I truly believe we have something for everyone - whether you are an accomplished athlete or wannabe yogi. I am so excited to share this journey with our community and can’t wait to welcome you through our doors!

Maria Doyle (Yoga) - I have been practicing yoga for many years while living in various locations around the world. I attended classes in Dubai for three years and then for two years in Australia. In 2020, I received my initial yoga instructor certification and in 2022 I completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training! I am married to my husband, Chris, and we have two young children.

Cori Bostrom (Barre) - I live in my hometown of Brush with my husband, Brett, and our dog, Vivi. Reading of one of my favorite pastimes, especially if it’s a fantasy novel. I also enjoy going on walks with my dog, hiking, and camping. I ran cross-country and track in high school, and also took dance lessons for 15 years, fueling a lifelong passion for dance and movement. Currently, I teach dance at the same studio I attended class at, which is a neat full circle I’ll always be grateful for. My experience in ballet piqued my interest in barre, and I’m SO excited to join the glowCO community and teach barre classes! I can’t wait to see you at the barre!

Megan Marder (Yoga) - Born and raised in Brush, my yoga journey began long ago in 8th grade with an MTV Yoga DVD that serendipitously caught my eye at the store one night. I had never felt as good in my body as I did after following along with that video! In high school, I often volunteered to play goalie in P.E. soccer so I could do yoga in the goalie box any time the ball was at the other end of the field. I taught poses to fellow hurdlers in high school track, one of my high school teachers, and anyone in my family who would let me. Yoga helped get me through a very stressful semester in college. I added meditation to my routine in grad school to help cope with stress and anxiety. I received my 200-hour yoga teacher certification earlier in 2022. I whole-heartedly believe that every body is a yoga body. It is a joy to invite others into the practice with me!

Jesi Roskop (Cycle & Hip Hop Cardio) - I am a blessed mother of four children and have an incredibly supportive husband to dance through life with. We moved to FM in 2012, and I later opened my own photography business. I was born and raised in Illinois. Throughout school, I played sports and ended up coaching as well. In college, I continued to compete and discovered fitness classes at a local gym. I was hooked and have been teaching for the last 25 years! Encouraging others to find their “why” and help people find success in the goals they set brings me joy. What I love most about coming together in a safe environment to better ourselves for our own health and mind is the relationships that are built!

Brooklyn Krehmeyer (Cycle & Pilates sub) - Growing up in Fort Morgan, my mom entered me in every sport there was to keep me active. Volleyball became my passion and I played at the collegiate level in North Platte, Nebraska. I then attended UNC graduating with degree in Biology and Chemistry. I love to travel to Puerto Rico, hike with my dog Roy, and take equestrian lessons with my horse Houdini. I am excited to put a new spin on cycling!

Chelsea Laselle (Cycle & Surge Fit) - Born and raised in Morgan County, I am a newlywed and work remotely! Many of my hobbies include traveling, reading, working in aquatic environments. I love to be active and I work as a pool manager in the summer. I began taking cycling classes in 2020 and my journey has continued to grow since I fell in love with indoor cycling - now I am looking forward to being an instructor! In 2024, I added Surge Fit to my certifications and really enjoy the challenge.

Loren Boyett (Yoga) - Veteran yogi and coolest guy we know!

Maddie Pollart (Cycle) - I’m a Morgan County native and was lucky enough to return to my hometown after graduation from the University of Wyoming. My entire life I’ve loved SPORTS. Playing them, watching them - all of it. Growing up playing volleyball, basketball, and running track, I’ve always been very competitive, and I wasn’t sure if I’d like group fitness. After all, there’s no scorekeeping! I was SO wrong! I especially fell in love with spin. It’s a great cardio workout; music makes everything better, and the camaraderie with other riders is awesome! I enjoy putting my own “spin” on class as an instructor, and hope to see you on the bike soon!

Christine Yung (Yoga) - I began my yoga journey in high school during track season, thanks to a friend who introduced me to its benefits. In 2016, I fully immersed myself by completing a 200-hour RYT Holistic Yoga Teaching certificate in Fort Collins.

I firmly believe that yoga is a transformative practice for all aspects of life, especially mental health, which is incredibly important to me. I’m thrilled to continue this journey with glowCO and deepen our collective practice within this wonderful community.

Melissa Morgan (Surge Fit) - I am a cardiac registered nurse and mother of four young children. I’ve had a passion for health and wellness all of my life. After college, and retiring my track and field cleats, I found group fitness to be the replacement for the team camaraderie, sense of community, and the challenge I missed so much. Not to mention the ability to keep me fit and healthy through the ups and downs in life, and helped me through, and recover from four pregnancies.

As a nurse, I find great value in helping somebody go through an experience that makes them feel better, happier, more confident, and strong. Being a group fitness instructor now helps me reach more people in a different, but similar way. I enjoy having the knowledge and skills to help my clients be their best inside and out. I can’t wait to help you in your journey with the glowCO team!

Lupita Alvarez (Barre) - By day, I’m a realtor and teacher assistant, so helping others is my thing! I’ve spent years working with families and kids, and now I’m beyond excited to help empower women through movement. My class is your safe space to feel strong, confident, and unapologetically you. I’ve always been obsessed with movement, whether it’s dancing around my living room or discovering new ways to challenge my body. Barre, with its mix of ballet, Pilates, and strength training, totally stole my heart and I’m here to share that love with all of you!

Can’t wait to meet you all and sweat it out together. Let’s crush those goals and embrace the journey. See you at the barre!
