Yoga

The word “yoga” is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning “to yoke,” or “to unite.” This practice aims to create union between body, mind, and spirit. Each instructor brings their own personality and experience for a unique, intuitive flow rooted in Vinyasa, Yin, or Seated. All levels welcome!

Hot Yoga

Deepen your practice and your stretch at one of our Hot Yoga classes inside our Hot Yoga Dome - the only one in Colorado!

A diverse set of instructors with various styles to choose - from Harmony to Power, you’ll leave feeling empowered and connected.

Cycle

Cycle, also known as Spin, is a high intensity option that is easy on the joints. You’re in full control of your bike speed and resistance, so everyone can tailor a workout appropriate for their level! Feel the music pump, be inspired, and sweat it out during this amazing workout! Join us for a variety of class styles including: 45 minute Cycle, Spin & Sculpt, and Spin & Stretch.

Barre

Barre is a formula inspired by ballet, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. These musical and beat-based classes deliver a low impact, yet moderate to high intensity workout aimed at toning and strengthening. You will discover muscles you never knew existed! Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates

Pilates, known as “The Art of Control.” Joseph Pilates believed that by moving with control, following a specific order of exercises and using your breath properly you could rid yourself of chronic pain and instabilities. The method focuses on core strength, flexibility, stability and balance.

During these classes you will use your own body weight to provide a variety of muscular challenges helping you resist gravity, while stretching and strengthening your entire body. Bands, balls, and weights may also be utilized. All levels welcome.

Hot Pilates Sculpt

Take your Pilates practice to the next level in one of our heated classes! Some experience preferred.

Surge Fit

Surge Fit is an energizing workout with dynamic cardio tracks intermixed with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results.

Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate and muscles surging to push you to your personal best.

Hip Hop Cardio & Zumba

Dance, shake, sweat, MOVE! This high energy class will get your heart pumping and soul smiling while learning fun choreography to unforgettable songs from hip hop & dance genres old and new!

It’s a dance fitness party! Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise is disguise!
